We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
• The item is not an excluded product (e.g., custom orders or perishable goods).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:

• Has a major fault or is defective.
• Is not fit for its intended purpose.
• Does not match the description or sample shown.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The timing of funds appearing in your account depends on your payment provider.
